I'm Lolita Carrico
I'm a certified nutritionist, bestselling cookbook author, and wellness creator dedicated to helping women over 40 build a life that feels as good as it looks.
After losing nearly 90 pounds in my 40s through a high-protein, high-fiber, low-sugar lifestyle, and maintaining it into my 50s, I made it my mission to show women that looking and feeling your best is possible. And best of all, easy, when you start working with your changing body and not against it.
